    Citywide Training & Development Offering Free Classes for Small Businesses

    Starting on Tuesday, November 5th, Citywide Training & Development will be offering free classes for small businesses. Courses run throughout the month and cover several practical topics that impact small business owners.

    Participants can become more computer savvy through courses on Excel 2010, Word 2010 and Social Media Management. Or, a business owner can learn more about giving and receiving feedback and improving communication skills.

    There will also be two multi-day classes. Train the Trainer provide employees with skills, information, and practical experience to become effective workplace trainers. Human Resources for the Non-HR will discuss the changing field of HR and benefit those who complete HR duties without formal training.
