Local Remodeling Business Relocating to New Home

If there’s one economic market that has been most affected by the national recession, it’s the real estate market. The state of home ownership has been in flux over the past decade as mortgage interest rates have changed and housing markets have turned hotter or colder in specific neighborhoods all across the country. The changes in real estate trends affects other business types as well — like home renovation businesses — and one local company is declaring that growth in the business sector has bounced back in a big way.

“This newfound appreciation with homeownership has led to an exponential growth in the remodeling market, so much so that we find ourselves needing to increase our staff and expand our office space,” said Jamie Bratslavsky, Marketing Coordinator at Dave Fox, a Columbus-based home remodeling company. “People want to stay in their homes longer, maintain them, and create lasting memories for years to come — which brings them to us, to improve their homes and offer design solutions that address their families changing needs.”

Dave Fox will be relocating from 1161 Bethel Road to 3505 West Dublin-Granville Road, which was formerly home to Unfinished Wood Furniture. The new space will allow for a larger showroom, administrative offices and warehouse space all in one location.

“This is a very exciting move for us,” added Bratlavsky. “We will have street signage for the first time and look forward to hosting numerous events and clients in our new building.”
