In addition to the services the companies already offered (film and television production, corporate film and video production, and video marketing), it will also have full photography capabilities courtesy of an 3,000-square-foot photo/film studio with a cyc wall that is 30 feet by 14 feet. The new space also includes dressing rooms, a shower, meeting rooms, and a lounge.

“We came to the decision to rebrand because we felt all of our services were separate and we wanted to make it easier and more cost effective for our clients to take advantage of all we have to offer,” says Jason Clayton, chief operating officer of Vital. “Rebranding was the best way to combine all of these services and properly represent the new capabilities that Vital offers.”

With its current in-house staff, adding still photography has been a natural progression and Vital is excited to offer this to all its clients, says John Daugherty, chief creative officer of Vital.

Current house photographers include James Godwin, Phil Chester, Will Shivley, and Sooney Kadouh of Detroit.

Clayton, Daugherty, Steve Elshoff, and Mona Eadeh will continue to grow business development.

The new brand is intended to represent what Vital is known for: telling their clients’ stories through video, photography, and music composition and recording.

“Our clients are what keep us going, and we will continue working with their needs to consistently deliver the best possible end product,” says Fred Blitzer, CEO of  Vital. “We absolutely love what we do. In this economic environment, we are fortunate that our successful client partnerships are the outcome of that passion.”
