Chuck Palmer

Chuck Palmer is principal strategist at ConsumerX Retail, a retail strategy and experience design firm. He works with retailers and brands to understand their customers and build ideal experiences. Chuck grew up in his father?s Clintonville store, where he learned the fundamentals of pleasing customers. Today, Chuck lives in Grandview Heights with his wife, two kids, and a Labradoodle named Tibor.
