Local small business owners and entrepreneurs in search of a more professional work environment have flocked to C-Suites Executive Office Space in Gahanna.
Located at 1000 Creekside Plaza, C-Suites offers tenants a private dedicated telephone number with unlimited local and long-distance calling, wireless high-speed Internet, conference rooms and collaborative space, state-of-the-art visual presentation equipment, a café-style lounge with kitchen facilities, a copier and a postage machine, and an underground parking garage.
Administrative support is optional.
“C-Suites’ primary goal is to provide the best environment, services, and amenities to help all of our clients to reach their full potential and goals, which ultimately shepherds and enables success for each company, as well as C-Suites,” says its executive director Kandace Watkins.
C-Suites, which opened in September 2009, has nearly reached capacity as just one of its “designer” furnished interior offices and one unfurnished interior office currently are available for lease.
Furnished exterior office spaces with a cable ready flat screen TV cost $1,150 per month; furnished exterior offices wired for cable TV cost $1,050 per month; unfurnished exterior corner offices cost $900 per month; furnished interior and unfurnished exterior offices cost $750 per month; and unfurnished interior offices cost $550 per month.
Office sizes range from 123 to 265 square feet.
“Virtual offices” also are available, Watkins says.
Sixteen hours per month costs $175 and 40 hours per month costs $275. For $20 more per month, a receptionist will answer calls in a company’s name and transfer them.
To date, C-Suites has 26 clients.
C-Suites is best suited to entrepreneurs and small business owners who are looking to control overhead costs, as well as mid-sized companies who need to downsize and cut costs, she says.
Besides providing tenants a “polished, professional appearance,” Watkins says C-Suites also offers exposure to a “positive and energized atmosphere” and connects like-minded entrepreneurs.
