The Creative Entrepreneur Bootcamp is designed for a wide range of creative fields, from individuals creating a product for retail, online sales or arts fairs, to freelancers making a living through advertising, graphic design, video creation and more.

From Wednesday, June 26 through Friday, June 28, attendees will complete workshops to:

    • Gain tools to develop a financial plan
    • Understand tax structure and reporting obligations
    • Complete a logo and business card design
    • Develop a social media communication plan

CCAD will bring in creative professionals and subject matter experts throughout the three-day program. A day-by-day breakdown of the bootcamp includes:

    Wednesday, June 26
Day one will focus on financial education with presentations from CCAD’s Elaine Grogan Luttrull. Specializing in financial literacy in the arts industry, Luttrull will cover taxes, finances, accounting and more.

Retter will share her experiences marketing her own work, and also discuss topics like presenting your work in the public space and talking to patrons, branding your work or service, social media outreach and more.
