The week kicks off with three days of programming, Monday, September 9 through Wednesday, September 11, held at the Lincoln Theatre, 769 E. Programming is curated around specific tracks each day, including:

Presentations in the funding track include everything from how individual businesses got money, an outline of funding options and avoiding funding mistakes, to decoding venture capital and dilution 101.

During the entrepreneurship track, attendees will hear insights from speakers on finding your voice as an entrepreneur and staying sane as an entrepreneur, as well as the individual experiences and stories of local business owners.

Wednesday’s workshop day will leave attendees with actionable insights for their businesses. Workshops include how to get more client referrals, negotiating your first term sheet, building your personal brand and more.

Startup Week basecamp at the Lincoln Theatre will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. Attendees are encouraged to stop by for refreshments, to charge their devices and network in between sessions.

This year’s Startup Week departs from years past which have featured five days of programming, but includes additional events on Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13.
