CallCopy was founded over ten years ago with one product for call recording. Now the company is announcing a rebrand with a name change to Uptivity.

“The name wasn’t conveying all of our capabilities anymore,” says Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer Patrick Hall.

Uptivity now produces products for call recording, statistical analysis and other management tools. While customers are aware of their expanding set of services, Hall says they wanted a name that would  reflect their varied offerings as they transition into new markets.

“While our call recording technology remains rock-solid, our offerings have evolved beyond basic recording to give today’s complex organizations complete insight into their operations,” Hall says.

uptivity-logoInsight by Uptivity is one example of the expanding technology the company offers. The performance management and analytical platform allows companies to  integrate Uptivity products with other applications and systems to help monitor performance and model data. Hall says the platform is seamless and straightforward, and puts the information a company needs to measure success together in one place.

Uptivity works hard to develop everything in-house. Everyone from the customer service to the product development teams are found under one Columbus roof.

As for their continued success, Hall says, “Great success is being attributed to the Columbus market.” Uptivity has created several jobs in the area and is looking to further expand their team. As their product offerings have expanded, the number of employees has naturally grown. Uptivity is up to 150 employees.  They have also been ranked on the Inc.5000 for the fourth year in a row. The list recognizes the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

Hall says they also want to become a destination workplace. Uptivity focuses on creating a collaborative environment that values employee feedback.

“It’s easy to come in here and make a difference,” Hall says.

Valuing feedback runs across the organization as they use customer feedback to enhance their offerings.

“We are very consultative with a customer instead of dictative,” Hall says.

Uptivity’s goal is to make it easy to do business with them. They value their reputation in the market and look to customers to learn how to set themselves apart.
