The awards recognizes entrepreneurs with five or fewer employees (including the owner) for their success and growth in business. Nominees must have owned a business for at least two years and have demonstrated involvement in their local communities.

Entrepreneurs can be nominated in the following industry categories: retail; business-to-business; health and wellness; media and entertainment; FIRE (finance, insurance, and real estate); and non-profit and consumer services.

A panel of judges will select one awardee in each industry category. Today is the last day nominations can be submitted online at INCREASEcdc.org.

The awards ceremony will take place May 23 at Columbus Christian Center Church, located at 2300 N. Cassady Ave. A networking reception kicks off the event from 5 to 6:15 p.m. The ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets to the reception are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Guests can purchase tickets online at INCREASEcdc.org beginning April 10.
