If finding a mentor to help you with your business ideas is something that has been on your mind, the Women’s Small Business Accelerator has an event designed with you in mind.
On Tuesday, November 12, the WSBA is hosting Mentor Connection, a morning where you have the opportunity to join two 30 minute sessions of Mentoring Roundtable Sessions with 6-8 other participants.
“We have secured 13 high-level corporate women and multi-million dollar women business owners to talk with you about the benefits of mentorship,” says Mary McCarthy, Co-Founder and Executive Director of the WSBA. “They all state they grew their businesses due to the use of mentors when they were stuck with their business.”
The 13 mentors are:
Jane Grote Abell, Donatos
Sally Hughes, Caster Connection
Michelle Kerr, Lightwell
Matina Zenios, Artina Promotional Products
Merry Korn, Pearl Interactive
Kimberly Dennis, BMO Harris Bank
Betty Collins, Brady Ware & Company
Darci Congrove, GBQ
Kimmi Wernli, Crazy Richard’s Peanut Butter Company
Elizabeth Blount McCormick, Uniglobe Travel Designers
Pam Stanczewski, Central Point Partners

At the end of the event, participants have the opportunity to apply for the Mentor Match, a 6 month personalized program for women in the growth stage of their business (3 or more years).
The Mentor Connection will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2019 from 7:30am- 9:30am at The Point at Otterbein at 60 Collegeview Rd., Westerville, OH, 43081. The cost to participate is $25.
