Entreprenurial Coshares Opening Coworking Space in Upper Arlington

A new coworking space opens tomorrow at 3040 Riverside Drive in Upper Arlington. Entreprenurial Coshares will serve the small business crowd with 15 to 17 flexible desk spaces available for daily, weekly and monthly rent.

Easily accessible from neighborhoods like Dublin, UA, Grandview and downtown, entrepreneurs will find cubed spaces that offer some privacy, but foster the open, collaborative environment often touted as a perk of coworking. Entreprenurial Coshares will have an open desk policy meaning business owners will work at whatever desk is available that day.

The coworking space offers affordable rates with a monthly pass for $275, weekly for $90 and daily for $20. As a grand opening special, rates will be reduced to $250/month, $80/week and $15/day on Wednesday, March 11.

Founder Rosa Ailabouni wants to make the space accessible to as many people as possible – small businesses, startups, non-profits, entrepreneurs, consultants, freelancers, etc. Ailabouni has 12 plus years of consulting experience working in several industries, from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies. She’ll use that knowledge as an added bonus, consulting with monthly tenants on whatever aspects of business they need help with.

“Part of the reason why I wanted to start a space is I want people to be successful in their business and I want to support them any way I can,” she says.

Entrepreneurial Coshares offers the traditional amenities found at a coworking space – conference room, kitchenette, printing capabilities and high-speed internet.

“The nice thing about it is there is free parking as well,” Ailabouni notes. She considered spaces in Short North and downtown before ultimately deciding on the UA location, knowing that a few extra minutes of drive time but free parking would likely be a payoff for tenants. As demand requires it, Ailabouni says there is also room for expansion in the office space next door.

Entreprenurial Coshares will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m on Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Ailabouni is building the space for anyone who needs to get out of the coffee shop or their house and really think through their business.

“And I think that often times what we need as entrepreneurs or startups is someone in that same situation to share ideas with,” she adds.
