CMH Startup Week 2019

September 10, 2019

CMH Startup Week 2019 is all about ambition.

The City of Columbus is quickly rising in the ranks as one of the best cities to start a company outside of Silicon Valley.

We have a growing VC presence and multi-million dollar startups.

But we all know there’s something different about this city, that our flavor of ambition isn’t “progress at all costs.”

September 9-13, Columbus’ startup community is coming together to collaborate, give back, and grow.

It’s not just for founders and investors — it’s for anyone with ambition.

Bring your ambitious team to Columbus Startup Week this year.

Come to the Kickoff Party on Monday, September 9th.

Tee off at Top Golf, 5:30-8: 30 pm! Great food and beverages will be provided. The perfect opportunity to make great contacts without losing time at the office. Meet our special co-host and sponsors AWARE, AWH and Startupgrind. Limited availability.

3-day access pass September 9-11th at the historic Lincoln Theatre.

With three different tracks spread across 3 days, there is something for everyone. Get new ideas, meet potential all-star hires for your dream team, or gain skills to bring back to your crew.

Here’s a peek at a few stellar sessions:

10:00 AM Monday: Paul Gu (Co-founder & Head of Product) and Grant Schneider (Data Scientist & Head of Columbus) explore how ML/AI drive down costs and Columbus’ unique opportunity for scaling.

10:00 AM Tuesday: Cover the economics of a deal, term sheets, and how to avoid deal fatigue with Lindsay Stencel (Chief Legal Counsel & Fund Manager, NCT Ventures).

1:00 PM Tuesday: Learn how to find growth in 60 minutes with Partha Unnava, the Founder and CEO of Lasso.

9:00 AM Wednesday: Come to the Brand on a Budget Workshop with Keisha Mabry, who built her speaking business from 1 engagement to 100 – all with no agent.
