Columbus Mobile Food Conference and Expo – postponed
March 29, 2020$25
We are announcing that the Columbus Mobile Food Conference and Expo is postponed until a later date. We have not confirmed a new date yet but we will. With that being said we will gladly refund all ticket holders within the next 24 hours upon request.
The Columbus Mobile Food Conference and Expo has been such a success, and extremely popular with the local and national mobile food community including those with interest in starting their own mobile food business to the most seasoned of owners-operators.
When: Saturday and Sunday, March 28th and 29th, 11 am – 5 pm both days
Where: 1400 Food Lab, 1400 Dublin Rd, Columbus Ohio 43215.
What: We have decided to bring the mobile food community to a more intimate modified experience in 2019 while growing into two days of knowledge and networking. The conference will consist of 8, 1 and 1/2 hour classes while featuring experienced and knowledgable panelists from all over the region.
According to Conference Co-organizer Chas Kaplan, “We want to concentrate this year on the
workshops that have more interest from the community, we’ve learned a few things from the feedback
we received over the last couple years.”
The conference is aimed not only to those in the industry inside of Ohio but across the Midwest.
“This is a show literally for anyone in the industry that has an interest in mobile business operations”
states co-organizer Mike Gallicchio.
Workshops will focus on current mobile food operators and aspiring operators of all business skill sets
including those with or without food trucks, trailers and carts.
This conference is not only an opportunity to learn but also network with colleagues and new friends.
Attendees from all segments of the industry including Culinary Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Food
Educators and Policy Makers are encouraged to attend.
