Juan has one of those calming presences that just makes your day better if you get to spend time with him. He also happens to have a passion for helping others calm their presence down too.
Maybe you have heard about mindfulness and want to see how to integrate it into your life. Maybe some form of contemplative practice has been making your life better for years.
