LOPSA Cbus: Adaptive Application Security

April 25, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Description:

This talk is going to cover testing software from some of the most recent attacks using adapted open source projects. The topic sources come from a list of recent breaches published in his popular “AppSec This Week” newsletter (https://www.sempf.net/). These tests spawned from the addition of Apache Struts vulnerabilities to Nikto last year along with others that he digs into often. Bill will talk about changes he makes to Nikto and OWASP ZAP plus using AppSensor and Awk to detect problems.
