Many of us are challenged with anxiety in our day to day life. How can we move through everyday life with greater ease and presence? Join Dr. Kiran Khaira, ND of Roots Whole Health, to explore natural ways to live anxiety free.
Deepen your knowledge about the root causes of anxiety and treating the whole person, rather than just masking symptoms. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn about and experience natural ways to alleviate anxiety including automatic writing, herbal and energetic remedies, and nature cure. Participants will leave with tools that they can implement right away, as well as an individualized remedy they will create during the workshop.
During this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to sample organic tea, energetic remedies, and essential oils. You’ll also create an individualized energetic remedy during the workshop to take home.
