ADAMH Board of Franklin County to conduct a community needs assessment related to mental health and addiction recovery services.

ADAMH Franklin connects Franklin County community members to affordable and high-quality mental health and addiction services. ADAMH is inviting all members of the Franklin County community to complete a community-wide survey, so that the organization can lead the way to mental well-being and addiction recovery for all. ADAMH also has a survey for providers of social services (providers may complete both the community-wide survey and the provider survey). All respondents will remain anonymous. Surveys will remain open through November 30, 2020.
