VENTURE OUT brings together entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, community supporters, and creatives to highlight and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community making changes in venture systems throughout the country.

The venture ecosystem severely lacks diversity in many ways and we seek to bring together local, regional, and national partners to help close this gap. We recognize that one of the most significant areas lacking support is for LGBTQ+ founders, and by working together we can make the most of our efforts to uplift and empower.

While the theme is showcasing innovative partnerships to lift up diversity inclusion in the venture community, it is also an effort to build bridges between innovative ecosystems in this space.
