The coronavirus seems to have again brought to the fore the issue of employees criticizing their employers on social media.

While certainly not a new phenomenon or one limited to how employers are dealing with the many issues related to COVID-19, it is a good time to revisit the parameters for employers dealing with employees who choose to take their beefs to social media. Employees have more protections in these activities than employers sometimes realize, but in this webinar we will talk about what employers can do to manage these unhelpful communications.
