An additional 39,000 square feet of coworking space is now online in Short North. Spaces is open at 711 N. High St. occupying you fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the new, mixed-used development.
The fourth floor serves as Spaces’ reception area, with a variety of open workspaces and tables as well as dedicated desks. There’s also a coffee bar and kitchenette area backed by a commercial kitchen, which in the future can be used by caterers for events. The floor also houses four meetings rooms of various sizes, and Spaces’ own outdoor balcony.
Floors five and six primarily contain a combined 100 plus private offices, ranging in size from solo offices of about 100 square feet, to one 2,000 square foot space that could house a team of 50. There’s something for every business size, with a majority falling in three to five person range.
Coworking memberships start at $239/month, dedicated desks are available from $348/month and private offices start at $403/month. Memberships include global coworking access to parent company IWG plc’s network of Spaces and Regus offices, including five local Regus locations and some 3,300 plus nationwide.
Additionally, Spaces will be available for events. The coworking concept will host some of their own networking, social and other types of events. The event areas are also available to rent.
Spaces shares the building with the two newest Cameron Mitchell concepts in the Short North. Del Mar SoCal Kitchen occupies the ground floor, with Lincoln Social topping off the building.
