Solopreneurs and small business owners now have yet another option when it comes to office space. Franchise operation Office Evolution has opened its first of four Columbus locations at 6500 Emerald Parkway in Dublin.

More than just office space, the provider offers customizeable plans that can include everything from executive suites to virtual office solutions. Options like phone answering services and a dedicated mailing address add an extra level of professionalism without the expense of hiring another employee.

“The rental office space industry has been made far too complicated with lengthy contracts and hidden fees that are quite frankly unnecessary, especially for the small business owner just starting out,” says Mark Hemmeter, founder and chief executive officer, Office Evolution. “Our mission is to help small businesses grow by creating the ideal environment and support system for them to prosper. With world-class technology, supportive and professional office staff, and 24/7 access, Office Evolution allows entrepreneurs to focus on growing their own client base.”

Fully-furnished executive suites start at $600/month. Along with traditional amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24/7 access, meeting room time and a business mailing address, suites also come with front office presence and 100 minutes of live phone answering.

For $249/month, entrepreneurs will have access to a complete virtual office. The fee includes unlimited drop-in access to the business lounge with many of the same perks as an executive office.

Services can be broken down as well. A $59/month mail plan provides businesses with a dedicated mailing address and front office presence to receive packages. A $199/month phone service package includes live phone answering.

Finally, hourly or day drop-in rates for conference and meeting rooms and dedicated offices are also available.

Another Office Evolution location will be opening at Easton with two more in the works.
