Hoof Hearted Brewing was founded in 2011 by Trevor Williams and brothers Jarrod and Ryan Bichon. The goal was to bring levity and creativity into an industry that could sometimes take itself a bit too seriously by way of one-of-a-kind marketing and artwork (provided by Thom Lessner) while producing serious. high-quality liquid that focused on intense flavors and aromatics.

Being one of the first in the Midwest to champion the now almost ubiquitous “Hazy/New England” style IPA, Hoof Hearted ascended the ranks of online brewery ratings while capturing the local beer culture’s collective hearts through hop-forward beers such as Musk of the Minotaur (DDH IPA), Konkey Dong (DDH Double IPA) and Dragonsaddle (100% Citra-hopped Triple IPA).

It’s quite rare to see any of Hoof Hearted’s beers in Licking County. Just imagine being able to be able to feast on Chef James and Aric’s culinary delights while drinking seven different Hoofy beers in one place!
